FLOFENTAL

• COMPOSITION
  Each ml contains: 
  Florfenicol - 200 mg

  INDICATION
  Treatment of respiratory and bacterial infections caused by florfenicol-sensitive microorganisms in pigs and poultry.
   - Pigs: Pleuropneumonia, atrophic rhinitis, Glässer’s disease, and other bacterial infections caused by susceptible pathogens.
   - Poultry: Respiratory infections and bacterial diseases caused by E. coli, Pasteurella, Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale, and Staphylococcus spp.

  DOSAGE
  For oral administration.
  Pigs: 5 ml/100 kg BW, twice daily for 5 days. Use only medicated water during treatment.
  Poultry: 
  Chickens <4 weeks: 1 L/2000 L drinking water for 3–5 days. 
  Chickens >4 weeks: 1 L/1000 L drinking water for 3–5 days.

  WITHDRAWAL PERIODS
  For meat:
  Chicken : 2 days
  Pigs: 20 days

  CONTRAINDICATION

  Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
  Do not use in pregnant or lactating sows.
