JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive, consolidate, and process sales orders; monitor order progress; prepare delivery or shipment plans for customers.

• Manage and control customer accounts receivable; prepare debt collection plans; review accounting entries prepared by sales accountants.

• Consolidate and analyze sales data on a regular basis.

• Draft documents such as contracts, debt notices, and official correspondence to customers; maintain and archive records in accordance with company regulations.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female, aged 25 – 40

• University degree in Accounting.

• Careful, honest, with good skills in data analysis, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

• Work location: Lot 4-6, N4 Street, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City

• Working time: Monday to Saturday

AQUATIC ANIMAL MEDICINE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MEKONG DELTA REGION) – 10 POSITIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take care of existing customers, plan sales activities, and grow revenue.
